Fast check-in, incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect room with new furniture and a kettle which was really handy, as example. Nice decor throughout and very cordial and courteous staff who fulfil our request. The very central location near a bus stop.
Beds were quite small.

The place was perfectly clean and ideal, had efficient and excellent friendly staff who fulfil our request. We booked soundproof compact room with a shared bathroom. There was a huge variety of restaurants and cafés to choose from.
As for me, the area was very bad.

The hotel itself was perfect and immaculately clean and the staff were superfriendly, it had unbeatable location right next to Masjed Jamek underground station. The stay was excellent and I would still consider staying here again.

The hotel was wonderful, and perfectly clean, and the location was good and impeccable right across the street from Masjid Jamek MRT station. The room was compact, moreover great-sized with view of the menara tower. Really enjoyed nice design.

Liked my very nice stay in the same holiday. The position was favourable, bars and cafés are near the hotel. There were shopping centers and a market around the property. The staff was efficient and excellent which made me feel welcome.

Convenient location with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The hotel also provided daily replacements of water bottles and coffee sachets, which was a nice touch.
The room cleanliness was subpar, with signs of wear and stray hairs being a common sight. The lack of proper soundproofing made the room noisy, especially with the nearby busy road and train line.
